The language of dragons. [Paragon]

Per our discussion...
Kala has been poking her scholastic mind at written draconic since she received a grimoire written in that language by Garel of Atoria (80th of Glade, Year 122 Steel). She has been around dragons: Aoren, Nessena, Zalkyriax. But to truly understand it, she will need draconic tutors. Zalkyriax has proven cagey in that regard when his son-in-law, a multilingual bard, sought to learn. But as Paragon's NPCs are the ones most connected to Kala, they are the likely people she would seek out. Therein lies the rub: Paragon is so dang busy!
Anyway, she is currently at Journeyman (60/100) in linguistics, is fluent in Common and Synnekar, and is familiar with several others. I have used her Master-level Semblance to help her understand context and meaning when speaking to people in languages she hasn't mastered. She's also a Master of Scrivening, which I think might be helpful because it's related to deeper meanings, or meanings distilled down into symbolic form.
I plan to continue working her toward mastery of linguistics (and by and large I tend to give my characters points for things they are doing in threads; not always, but mostly, so they develop somewhat organically). As she slowly grows toward godhead, I think it's fair to say that her understanding of deeper meanings ought to also expand, though I'm happy to apply for some kind of expertise check as we're now doing with Expert/Master levels of skills (which will have to happen anyway for her linguistics).
I do kind of hate using other people's NPCs. Feels unnatural, lol. But I was wondering if I could sort of write around some of them, (eg, perhaps a solo where she's having a sidebar with Aoren at some court function or has had a visit with Nessena, who I would dare to say is her friend now; then focus my writing on what she has gleaned from those interactions without actually writing out the interactions; mod bombs always welcome, but trying to avoid being a drain on Paragon's time).
Basically, I guess I need the process of her achieving the milestones to unlocking the grimoire to be set so we are on the same page and I can prove she has earned it.
Thank you for your time, sweet Prince of Dragons.
