Appearance
Calix is fairly typical of his race, but perhaps leaner than most due to his height. At first glance, his features could look effeminate to the untrained eye, belying the look of a stoic thinker. His aquamarine hair is usually unkempt or roughly tied back from his face. He has some scaling down his neck and arms, and his face holds a broad nose, but sharp pointed eyes and ears.
Personality
Calix is a strategist, and a natural leader. Those he associates with look up to him. He is not cruel or barbaric, but is willing to make the hard decisions borne from a life of hardship and bitter survival. He holds to a level of justice that many would view as immoral.
History
Calix grew up in Kemros amongst the Korkann tribes, and spent much of his youth in raiding parties, venturing both east and west as a scourge to civilisation. He learnt what it meant to survive, and how to make tough decisions, during a fateful Frost raid in Frost 104 AoS. The raid was being led by Yanaros, famed for his brutality. But this brutality manifested when many humans were captured in a raid, and Yanaros killed one of their own Druskai who refused to torture the captives. Petrified, the remaining members of the party were set to comply, before Calix unexpectedly killed Yanaros and took control of the party to remove everyone from danger. He released the captives at cost, allowing them to return to their homes with the terror of the Druskai a recent memory.
