Personality

Considering her line of work, one would expect Bianca to be a bit more serious. She is serious, when she needs to be, but she often approaches things with a sense of humor one can find disconcerting when in need of her services as a defense lawyer. She is unconventional, but she strives to be competent and effective. Bianca tends to throw herself too wholly into her tasks, and would be a veritable mess without the assistance of her aidolon, who acts as secretary for her firm. She can become a bit obsessive over an idea, and generally approaches people the same way she approaches problems: puzzles to be solved. She is strong-willed, stubborn, and a firm negotiator at the best of times.

Appearance

Though she appears primarily human, Bianca's Fae'athalan heritage has resulted in a pink tone to her hair and the sprouting of chrysanthemums from her hairline, most notably around Glade. Her dark brown eyes and pale skin, however, are most certainly human, freckles and all. Bianca tends towards dressing in pinks, reds, and neutral browns, though she has a fondness for blue despite her rarity of incorporating the color into her outfits. Her hair is kept long, and falls halfway down her back, with a swoop of bangs that tends to cover her left eye. Whether or not this impedes her ability to see is not something that she will admit to. Her rune of Summoning is inscribed into the back of her neck, usually hidden by her hair.

History

The child of a tryst between a human woman and a Fae man, Bianca has met her father sporadically, despite his attempts to keep his distance. She spent a chunk of her childhood attempting to impress him, including her fluency of Valasren, to no avail. She grew out of such a phase when she was a teenager, and instilled a certain distance between herself and her parents as she pursued a career in law. Truly, her decision to follow such a field came as a surprise to most everyone in her life, and while she prefers to keep her motivations to herself, she has remarked more than once that she enjoys winning such a high stakes game. Her desire for a rune of Summoning came after she had already established herself as a willing and competent student of Kalzasern legal procedure, and her penchant for contracts has only served to make her an effective summoner.

In fact, it was the lawyer to whom Bianca found herself studying under that first initiated her into the craft, and it was in her initiation that she first met Seventh Finger of the Bureaucrat. An infernal creature, this fledgling lawyer mentally and verbally strong-armed the spirit into acquiescing after she was presented with a series of word games where her very soul was the prize. The two-headed snake demon became the first spirit she could summon, and soon enough became her aidolon. It was not long after that Bianca opened her own place of business, and Seventh Finger of the Bureaucrat took his place as her secretary.

Seventh Finger of the Bureaucrat

Seventh Finger of the Bureaucrat is a rather serious Infernal spirit with a penchant for riddles. Sev takes the form of a two-headed snake, and though he is a singular being, both heads seem to occupy differing facets of his personality. The left head is more sociable, and primarily interacts with people and clients, while the right head is quieter, both in frequency and tone of speech. The right head is also more prone to offering jokes, riddles, and other word games. He has a fondness for all things neat and organized, and part of his forming a pact with Bianca had to do with her willingness to allow him authority in making her more neat and organized. He does this by often being the first thing that people talk to when trying to get in contact with her in any professional capacity, and takes care of scheduling meetings and informing her of her calendar. Seventh Finger of the Bureaucrat also has an odd fondness for children and stationery, and will spend a great deal of his free time practicing calligraphy on fine paper. He does not often come across children, but he enjoys teaching them odd things.

Abilities: Telekinesis - Seventh Finger of the Bureaucrat can lift, manipulate, and use small objects (under 5lbs) through telekinesis. He primarily uses this for writing, as he has no hands, but he can also use this power to throw objects or file paperwork from a distance.

Compulsion - Those who enter into an agreement (verbal or written) with Seventh Finger of the Bureaucrat find themselves minorly compelled to fulfill their end of the agreement. There are no repercussions from this ability for not going though with this, however, and it is mostly used to ensure a higher probability of people showing up on time for appointments.
