Appearance
Tobias can be described as a man with a mesomorphic figure, a set of well rounded glutes, a set of adonic sculptural abs. He has several lash scars on his back, followed by the scars of strange teeth marks on his shoulders. His mother had suffered severely with a condition called poliosis, because of this Tobias’ hair has resulted in a pure white tone with grey patches. His skin is a light olive that tans easily within contact with the sun. He has two runes of magic inscribed on him, firstly the Cardinal Rune of Mesmer is inscribed on his inner thigh as well as the Cardinal Rune of Masquerade inscribed against his lower back.
Personality
On the outside, there is a man of great character, charisma and ingenious wit; his intelligence is the centerpiece for his mould. He is known to question everything as he puts his own moral stature upon every situation. He is highly opinionated and often gets himself into trouble because of it. Unlike his father, he has known to take the rebellious side of life and put his own path to the test. One which he now regrets his decisions, knowing that they had burnt him. He is a humble man who will admit he's wrong.
However, deep inside he is inflicted with a unforgiving trauma; a case of post traumatic stress disorder. At times, Tobias will notice behaviours of other people that will trigger those flashbacks. He becomes withdrawn and unable to focus, only to not remember a single thing, weither it was a conversation he was having with someone in front of him. It takes a while for Tobias to trust anyone, but if he does he'll become a loyal friend. A man who always keeps his word, regardless of weither he has to jump through obstacles and hurdles to achieve such promises.
If anyone crosses him or shows him a degree of trouble; his vindictive, spiteful nature begins to unfold. As he is a man of his word, he is also a man that is unpredictable when it comes to affairs, at times he may be amicable and forgiving, but at times he also unmasks the true meaning of malice. He is known very well for holding grudges, especially amongst people who have wronged him. It is clear that he is a loyal friend, but a unforgiving foe if anyone crosses him or his friends.
History
Tobias grew up not knowing exactly who is mother and father was, only the doors of the orphanage he was placed at as a baby. He was adopted by Richard Zorrothy, a seeker within the Order of Reconciliation. He raised Tobias as he was taught many disciplines including mathematics, science, geography and arcane upheaval. Tobias was taught the ways of the sword by his father at the age of 15, encouraging his upbringing for self defense as well as bonding with his father. He had a strong relationship with his father and always looked up to him.
However, at the age of 18, Tobias became troubled and isolated and sought the life of experimentation. Eventually, he stopped interacting with his father as much and would remain secretive about his whereabouts. He made a strange woman named Madame Alvare, a small coven leader who groomed him into the arts of Mesmer and Masquerade, inscribing both runes upon him and securing knowledge of her teachings. It was then he understood what the Symphony was and that every biological creature had a lock and key to the mind. It was learning Mesmer made him understand the musical patterns of emotions within people and how to manipulate them through introducing himself to another person's symphony.
One day, Tobias came home, his father gave him the offer of joining the Order of Reconciliation. It was then he realised that he had been a failure to his father. He wanted to live up to the expectations of his father, but at the same time there was something about the way of the mages lives that intrigued him. However, he felt uncomfortable with the situation he had got himself into. Joining a coven and the Order of Reconciliation was something that seemed dangerous at the time. He could take lying to someone else's face, but not his father's. It was much more painful for him to lie to his own father so he was honest about the fact he joined a coven.
His father was disappointed in him and yet saddened as he went through a state of anger and depression, almost throwing Tobias on the streets. His father gave him an ultimatum, either leave and never come back, or don't come back or join the order. A massive argument sprouted as he ran off, taking footsteps into a much darker path. Five years pass by and Tobias didn't have anything, money, food or any sort of income what so ever. He relied on the coven's strength of resource as he became adept at the art. It was obvious he gaining more knowledge of the magical disciplines he studied within the walls of the coven.
The days would get darker as the coven had been caught, after one of their members was running from guards. She was caught for using her magic on someone as a form of self defence, which attracted the attention to the house, at the time Tobias was receiving punishment for not cooperating with the coven's laws. He was subjected to countless amounts of torture. However, he broke free and escaped the basement through a small window at the back where he couldn't be seen by the pillaging guards and ran as fast as he could. That was until he bumped into his father again. Tobias flinched for a moment as his father offered him to come back. He reconciled with his father and joined the Order of Reconciliation to fulfill the ultimatum that he had set five years ago.
