Introduction:
The Rune of Mesmer proves to become an asset to Tobias’ mind. As he becomes sure, he learns to quickly trust the use of his instincts as he passively listens to the melodies around him. Tobias may be able to gain control of his own life and the minds around him, allowing them to reveal their secrets and deepest desires even if they are on the brink of suspicion, fear and anxiety.
Rune Location: On his inner thigh.
Apprentice: Symphonic Connection.
Tobias’ Siltori Heritage has begun to flourish through his use of mesmer; this has allowed him to gain lilac and pink neon-like markings on his body, similar to those who are Witchborn. They appeared to be musical staves that glow when in the presence of darkness. Ultimately, Tobias can imbue a symphonic trace onto the symphonies that he has analyzed previously. He is able to leave a mark on that symphony, allowing him to track them if they are within fifty feet.
Journeyman: Beguiling Gaze
Tobias’ Mesmer develops overtime, allowing Tobias’ eyes to become a mesmerising feature, an advantageous strategy of accessing one’s emotions. Eye contact may leave anyone vulnerable to Tobias’ hypnotic gaze; with this, he can imbue himself the ability for anyone to give into their desires, even if the weakest ones that brim at the back of their mind. A simple demand or ask is enough to force someone to succumb to their desires, as long as it is within their own personal wants.
